The Collective Partnership

Your Dedicated
Music Marketing
Team. Finally.

A monthly marketing partnership for independent artists — built around your narrative, executed across every channel, compounding with every release.

The Problem

You've hired campaigns.
Here's why they don't compound.

You've booked the PR campaign. You've pitched the playlists. Maybe you've run some ads. And each one worked — in isolation. The placements landed. The streams went up for a week. But when the campaign ended, so did the momentum. The next release started from scratch, with no connection to the last one and no one thinking about your career in between.

That's not a budget problem. It's a structure problem. When your PR doesn't know what your ads are saying, when your playlist push isn't timed to your press, when nobody's building the narrative thread that connects one release to the next — the tactics work but the career doesn't move. You're buying individual moments instead of building lasting momentum.

The artists who break through aren't the ones who run more campaigns. They're the ones whose every move — every pitch, every post, every ad — is pulling in the same direction. That's what a team does. And that's what you've been missing.

What artists tell us
"I hired a PR company and got placements. But I still didn't know who my audience was or how to reach them again."
What artists tell us
"My streams spiked around the release and then dropped. Nothing carried over to the next one."
What artists tell us
"Every time I hired someone, I had to start over explaining who I am and what I'm trying to do."
What we know
"Every artist we've worked with has come to us after campaigns that didn't connect. The music was ready. The strategy wasn't."
The Solution

Not a campaign shop.
A team.

Most independent artists have hired tactics. A PR campaign here. A playlist push there. Maybe some ads around a release. And most of the time, each one works — in isolation. The placements land. The streams go up. But when the campaign ends, it ends. The next release starts from scratch. Nobody is connecting the dots.

The Collective Partnership is different because it's not a campaign. It's a team.

We start with your narrative — who you are as an artist, who your audience actually is, and what the marketing arc of your career looks like from here. We run a full career audit, compare you to artists at a similar stage, and spend 60 minutes in a strategy session extracting the story that every future campaign will be built on. Then we deliver your Narrative Brief and 90-Day Arc Map — and before Month 2 even begins, your first campaign is already written and ready to launch.

Then every month after: your team executes campaigns built on that foundation. PR with angles that reinforce your story. Playlists targeting your real audience. Social strategy that sounds like you. Ads that reach the right people. We bring you opportunities you didn't ask for. We review your performance data and tell you what it means. We recommend what to do next — and why — based on what's actually working, not what's trending. We're in your release calendar before your release date, not scrambling two weeks before.

This is what it feels like to have a real marketing team behind your music. Without giving up ownership. Without a percentage deal. Just intentional, integrated marketing that builds momentum over time — release after release, month after month.

How It Works

Month 1. Months 2+.
Compounding Results.

01
Month 1 · Foundation + Launch Prep
We build the foundation — and your first campaign.
Month 1 is not a ramp-up. It's a full strategic build — and by the time it's over, your first campaign is already written and ready to activate.
  • Career audit — streaming, social, press, brand consistency
  • Competitive landscape review — 3–5 comparable artists, client-facing
  • 60-min Campaign Strategy Session (recorded)
  • Narrative Brief — positioning, audience, brand voice
  • 90-Day Marketing Arc Map
  • Month 2 campaign brief pre-built and ready to launch
  • Priority onboarding — session scheduled within 3 business days
02
Months 2+ · Active Partnership
Every month, your team executes — and brings you more.
Active campaigns, monthly reviews, and a team that's proactively watching the industry on your behalf — every single month.
  • One active campaign service/month — PR, playlist, social, or ads
  • Monthly Campaign Performance Review + forward plan
  • Monthly Social Media Direction — pillars, prompts, platform guidance
  • Proactive opportunity identification — 2 per month, unsolicited
  • Release calendar ownership + sequencing recommendations
  • One dedicated point of contact who knows your full story
03
3 Months+ · The Compound Effect
Each release builds on the last. The audience grows.
This is what a team creates that a campaign never can — continuity, institutional memory, and momentum that doesn't reset.
  • Every campaign brief tied to the same narrative foundation
  • Press placements that reinforce each other across releases
  • Audience that grows between drops — not just around them
  • A team that knows your history and doesn't start from scratch
  • Quarterly narrative recalibration (Full Collective) to reflect growth
  • A career arc, not a campaign history
Pricing + What's Included

The Difference

The old way
vs. The Collective Partnership.

Campaigns in silos The Collective Partnership
Hire a PR company. Campaign ends. Move on. Start over next release. Every PR campaign is built on a narrative that connects to the next one. The story compounds.
Book a playlist push. See a stream spike. Watch it fade. No follow-through. Playlist timing is coordinated with PR and social for compounding momentum — not an isolated push.
Run ads. Get views. Wonder if it worked. Move on. Ads target the exact audience defined in your Narrative Brief — measurable, intentional, connected.
Restart from scratch every campaign. Re-explain who you are. Pay for re-onboarding. Month 1 builds the foundation once. Every month after compounds on it. We never forget your story.
You direct the team. They execute your requests. You do the strategy. Your team brings you a strategy. You react and approve. We execute. You don't have to know what you need.
Nobody thinks about your career between campaigns. You're on your own between drops. Monthly opportunity identification — your team is watching the industry for you, every single month.
You're a client. They run the campaign. They disappear. You start looking for the next agency. One point of contact who knows your full story, your history, your goals. They're invested in your arc.
FAQ

Questions we hear before the call.

We'd rather answer them now than let them stop you from booking. Every objection below is one we've heard on a strategy call — and every answer below is honest.

How is this different from just booking individual campaigns?
Individual campaigns are isolated events. They work, but they don't build on each other. The Collective Partnership means every campaign starts with a brief that connects it to your bigger narrative arc — so your PR, your social, your playlist strategy, and your ads are all reinforcing the same story at the same time. The result compounds. One good campaign leads to a better next one, instead of starting from zero every release.
Why is there a 3-month minimum?
Because career momentum doesn't happen in 30 days — and we're not going to pretend it does. Month 1 is foundation: we build your narrative brief, audit your marketing presence, and map your 90-day arc. Month 2 is first execution. Month 3 is where the compounding starts to show. Committing to less than three months means you're paying for the setup without capturing the return. We'd rather be honest about that upfront than take your money for something that can't deliver in the time you're giving it.
What does "proactive opportunity identification" actually mean?
It means your team is watching the industry on your behalf, not just executing tasks you assign. Every month we bring you at least two specific opportunities we've identified — a playlist curator with an open submission window in your genre, a press outlet that just covered a similar artist, a content trend moment that fits your brand, a sync call that matches your sound. You don't have to find these. We do.
What if I don't have a release every month?
This is one of the most valuable things about the retainer. Artists without consistent releases often go dark between drops — no presence, no momentum, no audience growth. Your retainer months between releases focus on audience-building content, press narrative development, playlist maintenance, and brand visibility work that makes your next release land better than the last. The retainer is designed for the full arc of your career, including the quiet months.
Will I still own my music?
Always. PFC takes zero percentage of your earnings, masters, or publishing. We charge a flat monthly rate for marketing services. That's it. You keep everything you built.
What's the difference between Partner and Full Collective?
The Partner tier runs one active campaign service per month — the right pace for artists releasing a couple of times a year. The Full Collective tier runs two to three services simultaneously, and includes quarterly narrative recalibration sessions. It's designed for artists releasing frequently or running active tours alongside their recording output.
