Is this the same as a free strategy call?
No. A strategy call is 20–30 minutes and exploratory. First Press is 3–4 hours of team work, a 60-minute recorded session with our PFC Founder, and two branded deliverables. It's a real engagement.
Do I have to sign up for the retainer afterward?
Not at all. Some artists take the brief and run it themselves. Others use it to decide whether to hire a team. First Press is complete as a standalone purchase.
What if I'm not ready to release anything yet?
First Press is actually ideal pre-release. The arc map is built around your actual release calendar — if your next release is 3 months out, we map around that and make sure you're set up before it drops.
How long until my session is scheduled?
Sessions are typically scheduled within 5–7 business days of booking. Deliverables are sent within 7–10 business days of your session. Rush timelines are not available for First Press.
What genre / career stage is this for?
Any genre, any stage. We've worked with artists who just dropped their debut single and artists with years of releases who needed to re-anchor their narrative. The process adapts.
If I upgrade to the retainer, do I redo Month 1?
No — you skip it entirely. First Press is Month 1 foundation work. Retainer clients who did First Press go straight to Month 2: active campaign execution. That head start is the point.
